Hallo everyone! Greetings from Amsterdam! We just arrived yesterday and are still trying desperately to adjust to the frightfully cold weather. What we are loving though, is the pretty lights, festive markets and the reason for free-flow hot chocolate and apple cider because it reminds us that Christmas is coming! More than anything, we believe that Christmas is about giving – be it to your loved ones, the community, or even the strangers who haven’t become friends. And we’ve truly come to appreciate this with the wonderful people we’ve met along our journey as they’ve shared with us their wine, food, culture, stories and most importantly, friendship (: So to celebrate this season…
